Prior Experience in handling engineering teams of size
20 and above. At least 12 to 20 years of IT Experience

· At least 4-6 Years of Project/Program
Management Experience

· Minimum 2-3 years Storage Industry
experience in senior Management role in product
development

· Ability to work in a technology based
startup companies

· Only from the system programming and
product background

· Ability to conduct design and code
walkthroughs

· Ability to lead at least 20-30 developers
and technical leaders

· PMI certifications is desirable

· Hands-on ability C/C++ & System programming

· Storage Background is highly desirable
