Job Description:
„X Should be able to analyze and understand new
domains quickly.
„X Should be able to write functional specs which
describe a software product in detail from a user
perspective.
„X Ability to maintain context on multiple assignments
and still contribute effectively on all of them.
„X Communicate with the customer and the team to make
sure that they are in sync with respect to
requirements.
„X Play the role of the end user and provide
appropriate feedback to the team.
„X Should have peripheral knowledge on various
technologies and also be able to pick up on new
technologies and its capabilities quickly.
„X Should be open to travel and able to handle !
customer expectations onsite.
Look for the following important parameters along with
BA role.
1. Exp in UML and spec writing
2. Roles and resp- should match BA requirement shared
with you
3. Open to work across domains
4. BA with any tech back ground( No presales exp)
Critical requirement: Creativity, Analytical,
Communication and Presentation skills
Experience: 4 ¡V 8 years
For 4 to 6Yrs of exp look for Product making exposure,
handled a team of Business Analyst
For 6 to 8 Yrs would be the same but Business Analyst
team handling experience of 2 yrs is a must. Any PM
exposure or product making exposure is a plus.
